Most problems like programmes not running on washing machines are usually related to something stuck in the drainage system. I’d take a look at that. Then check the blades turn. The lights on mine all flash when it turns on. Does it allow you to select a program but it won’t run or will it not even select a program? If it’s the latter I’ll hat sounds more like a computer problem.
