IndesitWD12 won't take in hot water?

At the risk of repeating myself (not a risk but a certainty) my washing machine runs cold. One possible solution to this could be to replace the heating element but the machine doesn't even take in hot water so something else must be wrong as well, or else one fault is causing both symptoms. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Hi,

With this model, the appliance will only take hot water when doing 'top up's' on a 60 or hotter cycle. The initial fill will always be cold. If it is completing the cycle then it cant be the element because it wont progress the cycle, until the temp probe senses its reached temperature. if it is definitely completing the cycle in cold water then it may be the module faulty. Hope this helps!
