nissan micra 2003 timing chain replacement?

my nissan micra 2003 has had it timing chain replacement but when i go to start it miss about 5 or 6 teeth i would just like to know how to stop this happening

Katie,
It is unlikely that your timing chain is "jumping" when you start the car. If this happened the car would not start and the engine would be trashed.
More likely is the starter motor stripping some of its teeth or the flywheel.
The fix is simple, replace the damaged part.
Cheers now
