E1 error code kelvinator KD14SS d/washer ?

On start up water pumps out, which is right. Then water inlet fills again to correct level into bottom of machine, then nothing happens and after a while E1 error code blinks

Its taking too long to fill. Check taps, hoses for kinks and any inket strainers for debris, as a first step.
