My enamel is very dull how do I get it shiney again?

Was given the cooker but it seams to have no shine it's just dull is there any thing I can do to get it back to the shine

I've had some success using metal polish wadding - Duraglit - and lots of elbow grease and buffing it up afterwards. Try an inconspicuous area first
