One assumes this is something to do with a Canon IR2200 copier, or similar.
It would have been nice, nay useful, to have been told, don't you agree?
With that, you need to work out what is causing the error, remedy that and then clear the message. Pointless simply clearing it without removing the cause, isn't it?
You COULD have done a quick Google search for - say - "E000000-0000" which would have got you things like this:
