I have exactly the same problem in that the fridge compartment won't cool. But how do you get the back interior panel off? I have removed all the screws from both the vertical plastic strip and the recessed screws in the lower half of the compartment. However, the middle section simply won't budge. What am I missing? Any help appreciated.
