My hedge trimmer is a qualcast GHT600A1. I carelessly cut through the cord recently. To attach a new cord I need to remove the green casing where the handle is. I have removed all five retaining screws, plus another where the safety handle is, but the casing will not separate. Something at the front, where it joins the black blade-holding assembly, won't let it come off simply. Any help appreciated.
