Peugeot 106 Key West 1993 heater blower not working?

About a year ago, my heater blower packed up on speed number 1. About six months ago, speed 2 also packed up. Now the highest speed won't work either and I'm getting really cold now..... The heater is still generating plenty of heat - if I am driving fast I can feel some heat drifting through the vents.

Does anyone know whether this is a switch problem, a resistor problem, or a problem with the motor itself?

Does anyone know where the switch is located and how to get at it? Similarly, where are the resistors and how can you get at them? ...... And where is the motor?

Thanks everyone. I am (obviously!) a girl with a VERY old car. But I like it!
