Vivaro 2.5 2007 stopped working ?

Working fine then Friday just stopped. Got lights and central locking but engine won't crank. Checked battery 14 v all fuses checked. Any ideas much appreciated.

When trying to crank if you have 12v at the small wire on the starter solenoid then suspect the starter itself
