Vauxhall Movana 2006. won't start?

Have a Movana 2006 2.5 CDTI SWB. Semi Automatic.

The red immobiliser light is fully on and therefore vehicle will not start.

Any suggestions as to what is at fault and how to overcome this problem would be appreciated.
Battery and engine all okay up to point of failure.

There is a sencer on filter when did u last drain filter this sencer has two probes in side filter when there is water present it makes a connection and stops engine starting so water isn't injected to engine and running ur in ejectors on bottom of filters there shud b a large plastic knurled nut on the bottom filter to turn and drain out water it will b tight turn anticlockwise couple times until fuel runs out personally I would recommend changing filters because they do get clogged un less u have recently done so
