We moved into our home 2 years ago and the alarm keypad is in the kitchen. Is there a method to lengthen the time delay on the setting/ unsettling of the system as currently we have to make a DASH from the front door to activate/ de-activate the alarm?
that's the keypad, which communicates with the panel. The panel is the bit that does the thinking, including timeouts. So: what is the panel? You may even be able to find a manual online
