Yes, the central locking thinks one or more doors isn't closed properly so it spits its fdummy out and refuses to keep the doors locked. Check all doors (and the tailgate if there is one) are properly closed. Does the car have any kind of infomrationm graphic on the dash display that shows the state of the doors - I know some cars do but I don't know aboyut the Focus.
