Wont connect to internet keeps telling me off line I know it isn't look before and after action both times shows connected.

Can get in to goole play and apps but when I go to download Copilot caravan app I get message timed out no connection. Yet checking before and after show connected on Wifi.

Also cannot access emails.

On PC I can connect to emails and apps google play but wont try dowloading Copilot caravans to PC I have enough problems getting it on to the hudl2 under my original purchase but lost the app when forced a factory reset had nothing to copy it to..
I can search net everything and both the PC and the hudl2 are on same Wifi.
Windows 7 haven't a clue what the internet provider is other than my son who pays for it.
Go easy on tech answers I'm 77 wrinkly computer jargon illeterate.

That was the point of the link. The problem is in the hudl. Read up the info in the link again. It does suggest things to do to the hudl

Done that, searched this that and other nothing comes back they all point to router/modem yet PC, Kindle fire and phone don't have this problem and they use same Router/Modem. All remote wireless.
My thoughts are signal interruption within the hudl
