power failure?

I have got a battery charger for AL3640CV which has power failure. the glass fuse has been blown and the bridge rectifier is OK.
can you someone please suggest what components need looking at.

Unless you are competent to check and diagnose a switched mode power supply, working on hardware probably involving surface mounted components, forget it.

Get a new one
