horn on vauxhall cavalier 1800 1980?

horn not working fuses are fine any sugestions

check the black carbon contact between steering wheel and housing and it may pay to cut off and replace the terminals at the horn.

put a multimeter across the wires while someone presses the horn and see if there is any power going throgh them, if there is get a new horn.
