How can I repair my Mondeo 06 plate l/h & r/h front door locks?

When unlocking the central locking system the l/h & r/h front doors will not open when pulling at the door handles but if you pull the handles rapidly they will open?

Not sure but on some Fords there is a plastic escutcheon behind the door handle and on there is a pin,spring and lever,the pins were bad for seizing and would require the door card removed to have a look to see what's going on.
