What, precisely, isn't working?
The oven as a whole (Timer AND heating AND fan AND indicator light)? - That would suggest there is no supply. Check for tripped consumer unit breaker, supply disconnected, cable damaged, etc.
The oven not coming on? - Check the timer is correctly set and in Manual mode - not not switched to Auto
The fan not running? - Check and replace if necessary the fan motor.
Fan running but the oven not getting hot? - Check and replace if necessary the element.
