my fridge has freezer on top and it is dripping water down on the fridge dept how can I stop this

There's probably a drain hole at the back of the fridge at the bottom - check the manual.

This often blocks with congealed gunk and needs clearing out.

I find a bit of old fashioned plastic covered net curtain spring wire is ideal to push down thru the hole and the tube underneath.
