Our machine has stopped draining properly, 2 inches of water still in the bottom. Have checked metal sieve that lies around the filter and both are ok. Other problem that has developed at the same time is the that the water is not hot, no steam. Should the machine heat the water and how do I go about fixing it?. Any help gratefully revived.
