How can I fix my Zanussi ZRB224NWO?

My Zanussi ZRB224NWO has started to leak water into a puddle beneath the freezer. What I think is the drip-tray at the back of the fridge is bone dry, so I guess there is a blockage somewhere. In older fridges, I would clean drain holes with pipe cleaners, but I can't see any drain hole inside the fridge, or an obvious outflow pipe leading into the drip tray. ANyone know what I should do?

the hole is there after remove the cover down the evaporator coil but it does not seen well since isn't the hole actual it have open lines so try to check well you may see it coz there design is different from other refrigerator

Unfortunately these are about as much use as a chocolate fireguard. You could contact Zamnussi directly (maybe publically via Faecebook etc.) pointing out that the manual for your item is absolute pants and can they advise.
