Failed inlet valve? Water turned off?
the number of beeps COULD be the machine trying to tell you what is wrong.
I don't have time to do what you should be perfectly capable of doing yourself - just search for - say - "cda dishwasher beeping" and maybe "cda dishwasher not filling"
Maybe add the model number to the search string.
