My Dyson DC16 does nothing when is ON, I bought it like 3months ago its pretty new

Could be the bateries or the engine?

If it is "like" 3 months old (not sure what that means apart for "about" 3 months old), we by not contact Dydon and ask about repair/replacement under guarantee or contact the retailer and ask them.
