Heard a loud click right before the toaster refused to heat. The light didn’t go on either. Took off the bottom plate to push in the white button to reset but couldn’t find it.I’m thinking that’s because it’s an older model that predates the owner’s manual I looked at online. Also had to reset the circuit breaker for the outlet.An electrical problem? What do I do now?

go to dualit web page click on 'support' top of page, then 'toasters' put in model number, may need to refer to FAQ's for spare parts, there will be a phone number to talk to parts dept, you will get help from a person, have fixed my 2/1 slice with spare elements, just order and pay over phone or they may ask you to send in for an estimate for repairs, so, diy or they will do it for a price....sorted!.
