Based on a page I found by doing a gooogle search, the probem is the heater has probably failed.

Scroll towards the bottom of the page and you will see "Hotpoint dishwasher LED lights location 3", which shows what I think is your machine's front panel and which LED is LED1, 2, 3, 4.
Your code seems to correspond to :
Hotpoint Dishwasher Error F10 = Heating element fault
LED lights on your dishwasher are displaying in the following order:
(see bottom of page for 6 different LED reference panels to find your specific dishwasher)
LED 1: OFF
LED 2: ON
LED 3: OFF
LED 4: ON
WHAT TO CHECK:
Check heating element.
You should be able to search for suppliers of Hotpoint spares and also for possibly for videos of how to check a Hotpoint dishwasher heater and, if it has failed, how to replace it.
