Had a lovely wet cold time in Devon to see daugher.
Rain,snow more rain and today **ssed down. and the following added to our lovely day rerurning home.

On way home had flat on caravan wheel but wondering why one side of the tyre neatly pullled away from the tread. it looked like someone has cut it neatly all way around. My thoughts were a re-tread if they are allowed now in UK. I did run slowly about 10mt in to a lay by. Yes I know its a 'how to mend it' forum but curious as can't find anything on net.

Have a look at the age of the tyre, caravan tyres do not wear out before the tyre perishes
