How can I remove bottom pulley, Isuzu Trooper, 3.1?

We need to remove the bottom pulley from a 1997 Isuzu Trooper 3.1 Intercooler. Do we need to remove the large 24 mm A/F bolt in to the crank shaft, and if so which hand thread is it, or just remove the 4 No. small bolts arranged around the large bolt and remove pulley with draw puller as this appears to be stuck.

I have the same problem, Isuzu say remove the four bolts and use a puller. I've tried this, heated the pulley and it still won't shift! Hope you have better luck.
