Tesco help is as good as a chocolate teapot.
I keep getting unwanted emails in my inbox how can I block the emal address.

Why would you expect Tesco help for Hotmail, which is not their product?

I don't understand the reference to Windows 7. The Hudl is an Android device. Hotmail is now a Microsoft product in its own right.
