Both wheels - purple plastic with rubber outer 'tyre' - keep falling off the Vax making it pretty useless. The centre of the inside of the wheels have some small 'lips' to keep them attached but most of these have broken off. VAX are not interested in helping me and I can't find replacement wheels. HELP PLEASE!!
