Option 1) Find the maker and / or original supplier and see if they can help (Internet and face-to-face). You may be lucky and have an upmarket item that enjoys proper support. Alternatively it may be a DIY store mass market jobbie made in China crapware and sold with no or very little support.
Option 2) Find some heavy-duty rotproof terylene or similar, a sturdy sewing machine (or a sailmakers palm and great care), some decent reinforcing rings, a hammer and some patience and make your own, using the original as a pattern.
Option 3) (especially for mass market crapware) buy a new one (Ebay or DIY store, etc)
Option 4) Keep your eyes open on Freecycle or similar
