Check the small rubber pipe that goes to the water level control pressure switch. Remove it from the drum connection and make sure it is not blocked, both the pipe and the connection into the drum. If it is blocked the pressure switch may be held in the full position, preventing the machine from putting in more water and preventing the machine from spinning as it thinks there is water in the drum. Alternately, the level switch may be faulty.
