How can I fault find my Beko dishwasher model DL1243APW?

My Beko dishwasher is not cleaning anything placed in the top basket. The spray arm is not spinning ,no water is spraying from it. I have already disassembled the feed tube to top spray arm, it is not blocked.
How should I proceed?

What about the spray arm itself? Are all holes clear & unblocked? If no blockages then there may be an issue with the pump or the supply to the top.
