Exactly as Peters in 2014. Did any sort a remedy both seize together intermittently

make sure brake pedal is returning to its stop bracket and the return spring is fully intact and not broken or missing.has foot valve been removed for any reason?,i seem to remember there being shims between bracket and valve.make sure you have some free play on brake pedal,. hope this helps you KEITH
