Dont know alarm code?

My mums in hospital having surgery her electrics gone off if i put it back on her house alarm will go off and cant remember the code it is a Melcom ST6000 made by NSIN iv tried the number and it no longer in use is there a reset code

I have this same alarm system.

Power down the alarm.

Take the front panel off. Short the 'NVM' pins (R/H side I think).

Power the alarm back on. Remove the short and put the front panel back on.

The alarm has now been reset to factory settings.
