How can I fix bleached white spots on a colourful dress?

I have a white dress with big black, fuschia and light pink flowers on it. I was at a Christmas party and someone spilt a whole glass of red wine over the bottom half of the dress. I've managed to remove most of the red wine stains but now, on some of the fuschia flowers, there are small white spots from where the bleach has accidentally dropped on it (they're noticeable!). Can someone recommend the best way to remove the spots? (Fabric dye? Fabric paint?) The dress is 98% cotton, 2% spandex.

The key to removing paint stains from fabric is working quickly. If the paint is an emulsion, remove any excess, keep it damp with cold water and wash at the highest possible temperature (following washing instructions). For oil-based paints, dabbing with white spirit will loosen the stain, and then put it into the washing machine as soon as possible.

Find a sharpie permenent maker as close to the shade as you can get and fill the spots in. It will be less noticeable, if anyone notices at all.
