You need to fault find with a multimeter. Set on ohms, test for resistance or open circuit on the bake element. If it is open circuit (no reading on ohms) replace the element. If the element is okay then check for damaged wiring from switch down to bake element. Final thing would be the switch is faulty. Make sure power is off at the wall switch before you go touching things inside the back panel. If you don't have the test meter or are not confident then call out a service person to check.
