my control box has 4wires going into bell box so ever-thing works except strobe as there is no wire in the-stb can you put a -link wire from another -wire to it
4 wires sounds OK. Sounder, strobe, tamper and common. Maybe it is something particular with your specific system and bell box but, as you decided not to mention any makes and models, we're stumped
