I have a Beko fridge freezer GNEV320S. The ice maker is making ice but it is not dropping it into the ice bucket. Water keeps coming to make more ice making a large slab of ice in the bucket. I have replaced the solenoid valves but this did not make any difference. The problem is the Ice maker but how do you pull it out? Seems to be held in by 4 plastic lugs. Do you just pull it hard?
