Ice build up in freezer?

We are experiencing quite a build up of ice under the bottom drawer of out indesit fridge freezer, we clear it but it comes back. What could be cuasing it?

What could be causing it.? Possibly not checking the manual for how to clear the condensation drain - probably in the fridge section. I often find the old fashioned expanding plastic coàted net curtain spring wire is excellent for doing that.
