I have no display?

I have a neff u1644 double oven and there is no display on the dial and when i turn the dial round it switched the electricity off

"it switched the electricity off" - I assume you mean it tripped the circuit breaker in your fusebox.

Its probably a failed element. Simple enough to fix. Plenty of videos on You Tube.
