What error is E11 on a hotpoint Dishwaser model 7885?

My Hotpoint Aquarius Ultra Plus Diswasher displays E11 after the first part of the was cylcle. How do mi fix this.

i found erroe codes on web.
E 11 is heater timed out. which means that the heater did not reach ful temp in time.
either wash on a lower temp or get an engineer out and tell them that you think its a temp problem
