Do I open the top or the bottom to access the belt in my Hotpoint TL31?

isolate from mains.remove lid,pull timer dial off,remove screws securing control panel to shell,from front,remove r/h side panel by removing screws securing side to back,side to base,side to front.on some models there are screws behind kickplate.panel should now lift clear.reassemble in reverse order after repair.
