Check to see if it is plugged into power at the wall socket (or isolation switch on wall if you have one) as you didn't say if you had power or not. Next check the water supply hose, see if the tap that is connected to is turned on (blue lever should point in a direction along the pipe not across it) if water is on, check there are no kinks in the pipe that would stop the flow of water. Final thing would be to disconnect the waste hose from sink plumbing to check for blockages in the hose or where it connectes to plumbing, once again make sure this waste pipe isn't kinked. Check all these and get back to us with more details if this does not fix the problem.
