Diplomat ADP4610 oven not heating up?

Part way through Christmas dinner the oven stopped working. We have tried a new element but to no avail. Clock is working and ignition light is on. HELP!

Ok, I can probably help but I'm confused by your question. The term 'ignition light' would apply to a gas appliance and I'm pretty sure the model number you quote is for a built-in double electric oven, yeah? You also say you've changed a heating element, so could you reply using the 'add an answer' button above to let us know which of the two ovens has failed, which element you have replaced and if the oven heats up on different settings? for example, if you have changed the element that surrounds the fan, do the other elements heat up when you select non-fan or grill functions?
Are you able to test the element that you removed with a multi-meter to see if it has any electrical resistance accross the terminals and compare the reading to the same test but using the new part?
