my speedometer and revs counter on my panel have stuck but everything else is working ok and running ok what would cause this

First check all the fuses, then extract the instrument cluster and check the wiring connectors. Some Transits have a couple of extra fuses behind the instrument cluster, so try and find those and check if this is the case. The next item to check would be the sensor on the side of the gearbox and replace if other steps don't solve the issue.
