factory reset?

Hello, having trouble getting factory reset on veritas 8, done everything the manual said and it will not factory reset.
any suggestion please.

engineer code 6100 if not its 6200 they changed the engineer code from 6100 to the 6200

Can you reply by 'add an answer' with the list of things you have tried already. Also can you confirm if you have the engineer code and/or the user code or not?
