I've no specific knowledge on your particular machine, but to me your problem suggests that there is a temperature sensor (or probe) on your breadmaker that has failed.
See if you can locate a supplier of breadmaker parts online to see if they have a temperature sensor for your particular model. If stripping down a breadmaker and fitting new electronic components is not within your ability, I'd suggest that you would be better off getting a new machine as a professional repair engineer would not be an economical option.
