What size/ampere of fuse shall i buy for panel mount fuse holder?

I got carl lewis 566 mot treadmill, i am struggling to find the right size of glass fuse. In my previous question i have been asked to check for panel mount fuse holder. But now can you tell me what ampere/ size of glass fuse shall i buy? Thank you
