F44 error code on NH 8560?

Hi I have a new holland 8560 when I go into reverse or c range it goes into neutral and f44 flashes in a or b range. I have changed the petentionmeterrs and Calibrated but it's still the same. Mechanics in local dealer can't tell me what is wrong can anyone help please
