Simpson Esprit 750, agitator acting up?

Lately the agitator instead of going back and forth both ways, its doing very short flicks around all the same way, its filling, emptying, spinning perfectly. Is this easily fixable, or worth fixing? Thanks

Could be caused by several reasons. Clutch problem, capacitor faulty or a forward/ reverse controller fault. All fixable but you need to get it checked by a service person near where you live to get a definite answer.
